3. Delivery Terms

3.1 Shipping Time

Our typical delivery time frame is 5-10 days for most orders. For orders outside the US and limited products (Luxury brands, clothes, accessories,…) shipping time may vary depending on your region.

Please do not worry if your tracking number has been slow in getting updates as this largely depends on the carriers. If your tracking number has not been updated for over 30 days, kindly contact our team to request a refund for your purchase. For remote places, the shipping time might take a little longer.

Courier companies include DHL, FedEx, EMS International, UPS, USPS, and shipping couriers available in your country.

When shipping within the contiguous U.S., your order will arrive within these delivery estimates based on your location.

NOTE: In many areas, Saturday and Sunday delivery may be available. If weekend delivery is available to your destination, it will be specified on the product page and/or during checkout. Some special models will take longer to get.

3.2 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day of payment of the order. For some special items that are not available at that time, it might take longer to dispatch.

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

3.3 Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. 

3.4 P.O. Box Shipping

Sky Connect gcc will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

3.5 Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using postal services. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

3.6 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock.

If the tracking information shows that your shipment has not been updated by the carrier within 30 days, kindly let us know and we will issue a full refund immediately. You can always be sure that your will either receive your purchase or your payment back.

4. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will be notified by email with a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

5. Cancellations

Please note that payment gateways will always deduct 5% from your total refund as transaction fee.

If you are unhappy with your online purchase, we will offer you a return on your order. Please read our return and exchanges policy below to make sure that your items are eligible for return and for further instructions   

In order for us to be able to accept your return, it must meet the following requirements.

The item is returned in its original condition with all original sewn in or hang tags must still be intact.
– The item is unworn, not-used, and has not been washed and/or put in a dryer for any reason.
– The item(s) must also not smell strongly of smoke and/or body odors of any type, are not covered in pet and/or human hair, and are not stained or damaged in any other way or with any wear and tear, including dirt, scuffs, scratches.

Our Return and refund policy lasts for 30 days.

If 30 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately, we can no longer authorize your return requests. 

The clients are to cover the shipping costs to return their item(s) 
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. They do not handle return shipments. If your package is returned there and lost, we will no longer be able to assist with your request.

We are not liable for any return packages that have been lost or stolen and damaged in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your item(s). All goods will be inspected on return.
